Returns
and Claims:
Written
Return Goods Authorizations (RGA's) must be requested by the
customer and authorized by Jalisco Imports - Customer Service
Depart., via phone, prior to return of product. Customer must
supply invoice number and date of order.
Product
should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Claims must be
reported to Customer Service Department within 72 hours of product
arrival.
Return
Goods Authorization number must be written on the outside of
shipping box.
Orders
over ninety days old will not be accepted for RGA or restocking.
A
minimum restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all products
which are returned in its original condition. Marred or damaged
product will not be acceptd for restocking.
Interest
Fees :
Invoices
are mailed, faxed or emailed at the time products are shipped.
Accounts over 30 days from date of invoice will be assessed
a 2% monthly fee. Accounts over 90 days will be placed on C.O.D.
Returned
check/cheque from financial institution marked NSF will be subjected
to a $25.00 processing fee.
Product:
Due
to the handmade nature of our product, sizes, glaze colours
and finishes will vary from item to item. Slight variations
are characteristic of handmade products and are not considered
flawed. NO TWO PRODUCTS ARE IDENTICAL. This only enhances the
unique, hand made nature of our product.
